How custom grillz are made in São Paulo
Getting a grill at Grillz São Paulo takes four steps: mould (or digital scan), design, casting with hand-finishing, and fitting with pickup. Plain pieces take 5–10 days, gold or stone-set 10–15 days. Outside Greater São Paulo, we post an impression kit.

Mould or digital scan
In about 15 minutes we take a mould with dental silicone or a digital scan, at the studio or at your home. Painless, no tooth preparation.

Design
On a plaster model of your teeth we design the piece: which teeth, style (closed, open face, fangs), metal and stone placement. You approve before casting and pay the deposit.

Casting and hand-finishing
Cast in silver or gold and finished by hand: edges, mirror polish or textures, and stones set one by one.

Fitting and pickup
You try it on, we adjust until firm and comfortable, and hand it over with a case and care guide. Plain: 5–10 days. Gold and stone-set: 10–15 days.
Impression kit by post
Outside Greater São Paulo? We post a kit anywhere in Brazil with trays, silicone putty and step-by-step instructions. Take the mould at home, post it back, we approve the design together by message, and the finished piece returns by tracked delivery. Works especially well for plain pieces and fangs.
