Is natural diamond quoted before or after the mould?

Always after. We see the arch in person during the mould appointment and only then quote natural or lab diamond, since pricing depends on stone size and count.

Via the Castello Branco highway, we time visits to avoid traffic. We cover Alphaville, Tamboré and central Barueri with an agreed travel fee.

18K gold and lab or natural diamond setting come up often in orders from here, since this is the area where average spend per piece tends to be highest. Diamond work is quoted separately, after we see the arch in person.

Via the Castello Branco highway, access from the capital is easy outside rush hour, and we schedule visits specifically to avoid that window. Letting the gatehouse know in advance speeds up entry on the day.

A typical day for Alphaville clients involves a morning at the golf course or the condominium's own gym, followed by the mould right at home, with no need to go out for anything else. For that more private routine, 18K gold stone-set pieces are often requested with a specific event in mind, like a dinner or a planned trip, so we recommend booking with some extra buffer within the 10-to-15-day stone-setting timeframe to avoid last-minute rush. A practical note: in larger condominiums in Alphaville and Tamboré, the drive from the gatehouse to the house can take a few extra minutes, so we factor that margin in when agreeing on the exact visit time. It's also worth scheduling a little further ahead during the region's busier event weekends, when condominium access can take longer than usual.
